EPC Projects

Introduction

Backed by a strong in-house product portfolio of transformers and GIS and experienced project management personnel. Our EPC services enable you to set up a substation without any hassle of coordinating with multiple vendors and yet at the same time, having full assurance of product quality and delivery.

Project Management

Every project is meticulously planned with computer-aided tools and key dates/milestones are identified in coordination with other stakeholders – internal as well as external. Then the progress is tightly monitored at a regular interval to ensure completion of project as per schedule.

Engineering

All projects are engineered to customer needs and specifications using latest software and hardware by well – experienced design personnel. Electrical, Civil, Structural design and drawings are prepared in accordance with prevailing national/international standards and norms. We have In-house capabilities to design switchyard layout structures, control room, earthmat, fire fighting, HVAC, auxillary power supply and illumination.

Procurement

In-house product portfolio of Power Transformers and GIS provided much better control over control over quality and delivery needs of our projects. For other bought out items, we have strong relationships with leading vendors and continue to expand our vendor base on a continuous basis. Procurement is centralized from domestic and global suppliers enabling single point monitoring. Besides, regular evaluation and coordination is carried out to complete the feedback loop.

Construction

With a team of experienced project managers and site engineers having experience in wide variety of projects, we are equipped to provide site services, construction, erection, testing and commissioning in remotest of locations. Our construction activity is armed with a network of reliable sub-contractors and vendors as well as our field service personnel of our own manufacturing units and backed by the Engineering and Procurement teams.
